My son stayed at this hotel on Sep. 13, 2010 and found bed bugs on the sheets in the morning and a couple bites. The hotel manager was not available but the hotel clerk gave him a $50.00 credit and washed their clothes. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the remainder as I don't feel we should be charged anything at all. Now I have to worry about him possibly bringing them into our home. What a horrible experience.
