Stayed at Hotel 91 on August 18, 19, 20, 2011. I have 5 bed bug bites on my ankles and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is listed as located in Lower Manhattan which is incorrect. It is in the worst part of china town and unsafe. The surrounding area is filthy and smells like the rotting fish being sold on the sidewalk as you enter/exit the hotel. If we had not prepaid, we would have absolutely not stayed at Hotel 91. As being from Detroit I have seen very bad areas with
