Stayed at the hotel on 01/23/12 and had no bed bug encounters. The room was clean, the linens fresh and, apparently, bed bug free. I was on the 7th floor, but I had traveling companions on the 2nd and 5th floors, and neither reported any problems.

I've stayed here many times and have never had an encounter with any bed bugs. Most recently I was there on 1/11/12, stayed on the first floor. But I've also stayed there in Nov 2011 and Aug 2011 and have NEVER seen a bed bug.

Reservations for two nights. On second night after a busy day touring NY, I came back to the room and grabbed an extra pillow to prop my feet up. When I moved the pillow, a bedbug was crawling on the seam. Ni immediately notified the manager, who came up and took the bug. He then put me in another room. I was with a group of four students who were sharing a room and I called them to let them know. I moved to my new room and about 5 min later, one student called to tell me there was one in t

All clear. Stayed here from Dec 9-11. Very clean hotel although the breakfast area is very small. Not far from ground zero. I removed all bed coverings down to the mattress and lifted the mattress up to check the underside. We were on the 6th floor. No bugs and no bites at all. I would stay here again.
