Stayed at Times Square North. Super clean hotel! Very friendly service. No bugs. Great free breakfast that saves money. The best hotel in New York! We had to switch from the Pennsylvania Hotel that still charged us $75 for movies despite not staying there. Had to leave after two room changes due to bed bug evidence and disgusting rooms. Terrible staff. Don't go the the Pennsylvania Hotel. Stay at a Hampton Inn. Won't stay anywhere else in NY in the future.

Stayed here last week...NO BEDBUGS...another great hotel, amazing location and friendly staff.
