I recently stayed at the suites & found no issues with bed bugs. The room was clean and comfortable. :)

I did find a smashed bedbug on the suites living room wall. the room its self was dirty anyway.I couldnt sleep in the dirty bed that hadnt been changed since the last person slept in it.Probably did have the lil creatures somewhere in the room. Im not sure what it was but something did bite me while I was there. The place is old and needs to be refurbished. False advertising is what you"ll get at this dive.

Just stayed the weekend at Envoy Club and found no bedbugs or evidence of them.

The management at Envoy Club would like to find out why there are alerts regarding bedbugs at or property when we do not have any bedbugs, nor are there any in the building. Neither one of these individuals have contacted us regarding their claims, and no-one on the building's management team is aware of any of these "reports". I didn't see any in my room, but spoke to housekeeping on aug 25, they told me 20th floor was infested, they were sneaking exterminators up there so it wouldn't alert the guests/residents.

I woke up one morning with a couple of bites. On the last night of my stay, I noticed a few bugs crawling.
