Just returned from four days in NYC at this hotel. On the last day, found three adult bedbugs on the mattress in a room on the first floor. I wish I had looked the room over better upon checking in. Now I have the stress of insuring that I didn't bring the bugs home with me to wisconsin. Will NOT stay in this hotel again.

Checked in mid-June. Found bed-bugs that night and checked out immediately. Most of the staff was incredibly apologetic and sweet, except for the owner who wanted to scam us into paying for one night. Nice try!

RED FLAG: they made us pay for our rooms upfront, before we checked in. Wonder why?

Checked into this hotel mid June in a room on the second floor. Did a search right away and found an adult bed bug in one of the beds. Management moved us to another room with no visible signs of bed bugs, but we asked for a refund instead. Left ASAP, but they made us come back the next morning to get our money back. Would not recommend.
