The Hilton Long Island respects that you had concerns regarding your stay. I would like you to know that we take your allegations very seriously. When we received your call informing us you believed to have been bitten by bed bugs, the room was immediately taken out of inventory and inspected. Although no activity was found, we contacted our nationally known extermination company and had the room inspected and treated as a precautionary measure.
