Once we learned of your concerns, we immediately removed the room from service and contacted an EcoLab pest control expert in order to conduct a thorough examination of your room. That examination failed to find any trace of bed bugs. This report is available to you upon request.

The safety of our guests and the

cleanliness of our facilities are top priorities. The trained and knowledgeable housekeeping staff at LaQuinta Midtown is one of our best lines of defense, along with our regular inspections. We pride ourselves on keeping our teams equipped with the knowledge, training, and tools needed to identify and address any issues, and we regularly review those standards and procedures to ensure that each guest enjoys a safe, clean and comfortable environment in our hotel.

My wife and 5 year old daughter stayed here on May 5th, 2012. They both awoke with red bites all over them. The clerk was defensive and told them that the hotel would send a report from Eco-Lab stating that theis hotel didn't have bed bugs?
If that's true, why do them have bites all over them?
