Stayed here on 9/28-9/30, felt itchy the first night but couldn't see any bugs, so I thought it was my imagination. When I got back home, I found 6 bites on my leg, and my sister had some on one of her feet.

We checked in on Saturday, September 15th. We went up to our room to inspect it. We ALWAYS leave our luggage in the car until after we completely inspect a room. Thank GOD we did! We found a dead bed bug underneath the box spring, near the bed sheet. We put it in a tissue and brought it to the front desk immediately. Since I hadn't booked through them, they said they couldn't refund me but they'd move us to another room. I did not want to inspect another room, who knows what we would've found. W

I checked into this hotel on 08/14/2012 with my daughter to celebrate her 12th birthday. On the second day, I noticed red bumps on her arms and back . I reported this to the night shift person. He checked the bed my daughter was sleeping in but he didn't see anything.
On the third day, I woke up at 2:00 am with bed bugs on my bed. We checked out of the hotel at 6:00 am that morning after I washed our clothes x 3. I left my luggage at the hotel. I put my clothes in trash bags. The general manag
