My first time staying at this hotel, I was bitten by what I believed to be bed bugs. I was treated by a physician who confirmed that indeed I had been bitten by bed bugs. After reporting it to the hotel's manager,I was only offered another stay at no price. I had suffered bites up and down my arms, head and back and I truely believed that was NOT a sufficient solution to a problem so severe. I was reluctant and in turn was still only refunded my money and promised that they would pay any doctor
