A Disgusting start to Labor Day Weekend 2013!
We woke up on Frday, Aug.30 to find BED BUGS in two of the three beds in our room. Room 3057. My husband caught some of the bugs and carried them to the front desk as well as his iPad informing the front desk agent that these were in fact bed bugs. The front desk agent basically did nothing! We asked to speak to a manager who was truly no more sympathetic. My two little boys were eaten alive! None of us wanted to put on or touch any of our cloth
ing that was sitting in our suitcases, and when asked for some tshirts/shorts from their gift store to borrow and then return, they said no!. Instead of just saying "I am so sorry!" everybody acted rather cold and callous. It wasn't until they realized that we had been there 13 times, that Their guest services manager, tried to help. She called Killingsworth and their bed bug dogs to come and smell our items and actually took my husbands suit to be dry cleaned. She assured us that his suit would be back in 2 business days, well, it is 09/10/13 and nothing! No phone call, no suit! What a horrific experience! I am so disappointed in The Great Wolf Lodge. What used to be a family favorite, is no longer!

Took family in April 2013. Arrived late and checked in. around 2:30 am we were eaten alive. Front desk offered fresh sheets!!! WE moved to another room. Checked out early next morning. Have had to deal with the tag along bbugs that came with us home. A total night mare.

We went in Feb to the Great Wolf Lodge to be very disappointed by bed bugs in our room. They offered to put us in a different room but if they are in one room they are in others. Our clothes & luggage had to be heat treated which took about 5 hours. This was over a 3 hour drive for us for our daughters birthday gift cut short.
