Instead of just saying "I am so sorry!" everybody acted rather cold and callous. It wasn't until they realized that we had been there 13 times, that Their guest services manager, tried to help. She called Killingsworth and their bed bug dogs to come and smell our items and actually took my husbands suit to be dry cleaned. She assured us that his suit would be back in 2 business days, well, it is 09/10/13 and nothing! No phone call, no suit! What a horrific experience! I am so disappointed in The Great Wolf Lodge. What used to be a family favorite, is no longer!
