6/13/2015 place full of bed bugs. Management still putting people in the rooms. Customer complaints reported to guest services.

Stayed in room on first floor towards front of building. After second night, each arm had the characteristic the three breakfast lunch and dinner bedbug bites, which I showed my work associates. I reported the bites to the front desk and they moved me to one of the second story rooms near the back of the complex for the next three days and there were not additonal problems. When I subsequently reported this to my company, the Hotel subsequently dispatched an exterminator who did not find any
bed bugs. Guess what, if they don't use bedbug trained dog, they usually won't find the criters. I will stay elsewhere on my future visits to Kansas City.

One night stay on Sept. 25, 2010. I awoke with a bedbug crawling on my back the following morning. I took it to the desk. Subsequently the manager (following week) called me. After a brief time, they refunded my room charge through Priceline. I did not suffer any ill effects and could find no bites. The other person in my room was not affected or bitten. I did not tear the linens off looking for more bugs. I found no bugs in my luggage or clothing upon return home. I think overall they h
andled the matter pretty well.
