I stayed in the hotel from October 20 - 23, 2011. The room was not clean and we complained, but they did nothing. After the first day I noticed a couple of bites on my hand - not realizing what they were. By Monday, my hands started to show signs of blisters and itched horribly, and burned. I looked up bedbugs online and the bites looked like many of the pictures. I sent a letter to the hotel and they apologized, assured me it wasn't a "normal" stay and offered my a free night stay at any o
f their hotels nationwide. All I had to do was confirm my address. I did this and as of today - Dec. 22, I have received nothing. I had to completely clean and sanitize my entire house to make sure I brought nothing home with me. I counted over 65 bites on one hand and about 20 on the other with scattered bites on my arms and legs. They have finally healed as of 3 weeks ago.
