this is a follow up to previous post.
Contacted choice hotels customer service & received NO SERVICE !
Told me it was a hotel mngmnt problem not there's.....can you imagine they own the hotel.
My notification was simply a courtesy by me....no more choce hotels !!

stayed one night July 3 2012, woke up in the morning with numerous bites did not see bugs but assume they were bed bugs.
I stayed in rm #133 & have reported this to the home office by email

I was stuck in Detroit due to flight delays. This hotel was on list advertised by the transportation courtesy phones.

Upon entering my room I was unimpressed. It was very out dated and felt like it could have been cleaner. I had actually joked that the place probably had bedbugs.

The following day, several hours after leaving the hotel, the first evidence of my bug bites appeared. Though I did not actually see any bugs, all evidence corresponds with the research I did online to verify

We stayed at the hotel for an overnight layover and the hotel was a little dirty to begin with but we stayed in room 305 and when we woke up in the morning I saw a little bed bug crawl over my pillow. We bagged the bug and brought it to the front desk for the manager to see. I don't know if they will follow up with the matter as the manager still has yet to call me.
