We checked into the Hampton Inn in Kalamazoo on Kilgore Rd and when we got into our room we immediately pulled the sheets off the bed to look for bed bugs in the seam of one of the mattresses. We thought we had seen one so, we checked the other mattress and when we checked the seam we saw several. The front desk called the manager and he told us that would recieve a refund in the mail in four to six weeks. Eventually we did get our money back.
