th one member of our group and confirmed that, indeed, there was an infestation that clearly could not have been new given the amount of bugs.The manager on duty was not especially great at handling things and we were stuck at having to stay there because there was no room availability elswhere because of the muisc festival that was happening in Portland that weekend. They managed to find 3 rooms that passed everyone's extensive inspections(we went over those rooms with a fine tooth comb!) on the 7th floor.No bites or sightings luckily the next morning on any of us although nobody really slept well.Felt badly for guests who might not have known what to look for given that the bugs may have been in other rooms besides the room on the 11th floor.
