07/2011 until now family was getting bites from bed bugs and still now treatment has been done

As of July 2011, I found bed bugs in the bedroom of my apartment in this complex. Based on my travel and guest patterns, when I started getting bitten, and my new-found knowledge of bed bug biology, I highly suspect that these bugs crawled through the walls and outlets from a neighboring apartment. I plan to report this infestation to management as soon as they open, so I cannot yet tell you how this issue is handled.

I suffered from a bedbug infestation at this location between September 2006 and September 2007. I attempted to self treat my room (I had a roommate) and hot launder my clothes. The complex is HUGE, the staff is relatively friendly but not very helpful.
