My wife and I stayed at the above hotel in late July, 2011. I awoke Sunday morning with bites extending over 1 arm that were diagnosed by my physician as bedbug bites. I carried bugs home in my luggage, and infested my bedding at home.

I checked in on 9/27/10. On the morning of 9/28 i actually found a bedbug. I was able to kill it without crushing it too badly. I brought it to the front desk and they said "they would correct it". Not sure what that meant except when i returned to my room that evening they left all the lights on. I guess keeping them hidden so i wouldn't see them was a good enough solution. They did admit they did have otehr bedbug problems.
