On 12/2/2010 we stayed overnight at Scotlaur Inn in Annapolis, MD. Bites were discovered the next day - about 20 - which is mild compared to the last incidence. Bites were definitely from bed bugs - on face, neck, arms and found in threes, have been bitten before.

The room was very clean with no visible signs of bed bugs.

Informed the owner. He apologized and said he would have an exterminator take care of it. No refund offered.
