Stayed here the week of 11/11/13. The second night there as I was about to fall asleep with the tv on I noticed something moving on the pillow next to me. Turned out to be an adult, large bed bug. I trapped it alive in an empty bottle and brought it to the front desk. The lady at the desk was very apologetic and moved me into another room immediately. I was still at the hotel the next day - new room seems fine. They called in an expert to check my old room (room 329) and all adjacent rooms. They

offered to buy me new suitcase and new clothes so I wouldn't have to bring those items home. I took them up on the suitcase offer and they also credited my account with enough hilton honors points for a free night. Overall, they responded in a timely fashion and seem to have a proactive attitude with this issue. Fairly disturbing to experience this, but the hotel responded well.
