Spent two nights on first floor and discovered bed bug problem in early morning of second night stay. I was bitten and totally grossed out. Brought bug to front desk and was offered one night credit. I had maintenance man inspect bed in my presence, and he found two more bugs. Later, the manager called to apologize and gave me the two night credit. He was very nice and tried to be helpful. I won't be back, and it will be a long time before I stay in any hotel!
