I checked in and examined the mattress carefully, as I always do. (Room on the first floor). I found multiple shells of bedbugs underneath the mattress and the typical small dark dots which demonstrate that live bedbugs are present as well.
i immediately complained at front desk; they admitted they had a problem in the past - but took care of it, and didnt have any recent complaints. They did not give me trouble in cancelling my reservation. They offered another room but I preferred to go els
