I had my first encounter with bedbugs at this location. When we complained to the manager, we were treated in a very snarky fashion. Almost as if WE were the problem, not the bugs. This happened in September 2007, and we will NEVER stay in Courtyard/Marriott again. EVER.

I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Boston Brookline on March 2, 2010. I had to wake up at 3 am because of itchiness, and found several bug bites in my whole body. I started searching for a bug and finally found it on our bed.

I reported it to the hotel manager the following morning and her response was like 'it's common thing', so we checked out right away and stayed in a different hotel.

It was an extremely unpleasant stay and I will never stay in 'Courtyard by Marriott' again.
