Stayed for one night, the week of February 22nd, 2010, on the fourth floor. Only floor I believe with 2 queen beds. Shared room with father who was going to the hospital for pre-op the next day, and right before sleeping he spotted the bed bug on his pillow. We caught the bug and put it in a ziplock and called the front desk. They took the bug, said they never had a problem before and moved us to a room 6 doors down. They were courteous and comped our valet parking. I hate even reporting th
