Stayed at the Hilton Back Bay for NYE 2015/2016,Room 817,for 2 nights. After night 1, my boyfriend noticed some bites on his shoulder but because I didn't have any and we didn't notice anything at first glance on the bed we ignored. Later that night my arms started itching suddenly, we did stay in the room the second night and when I woke up I was extremely itchy. We saw what looked like tiny brown dots or blood stains on the pillows in a few places, but we left right away as we had to get home.
It wasn't until the ride back that things escalated. I had a horrific reaction with bites all up and down both of my arms, hands, my face, and lower back. This was supposed to be a romantic get away to start the new year off right, what a nightmare! I am planning to take legal action against the hotel for ptsd I'm not experiences as well as having to miss work and hospital bills.

Stayed in room 1121 at the Hilton Boston Back Bay Resort week of July 16, 2012 and my daughter woke up with bites on her arm and hand. My sons developed soon after on our way home. We reported to the hotel and they did not seem to think it was a big deal to let the family know that was currently staying in the room. Nice hotel, but won't be staying there again as we spent time and money at dr's and also cleaning the house of the bed bugs. Ruined vacation!

Slept in room 812 and woke up with an arc of bites on the back of my upper arm. Didn't see the bugs themselves, but only had them on one arm/shoulder and after sleeping the night at this hotel. The bites were itchy and I am pretty sure were from bedbugs.
