After staying at Royal Sonesta for 3 nights in April 2011, my legs and arms were covered in itchy bumps that didn't go away for about a week after we left. I thought it may have been an allergic reaction to sunscreen or something in the water, but my sister had the same problem. I love this hotel, so hopefully this review will get them on the bed bug spray bandwagon if they aren't already.
