August 2011. Family vacation with a 18mo son. We had a king suite #943 (the best that you can get there)very unkempt hotel, you will relize that only when you'll walk around. We were itchy all the night, in the morning my husband had bites all over his neck. We changed room #924, again king suite, again very itchy night and no cleanness in the room (ants in the bathroms). Our vacation was ruined by that. We did not receive any apologies for the HUGE inconvenient.
