August, 2015. Woke up itching like crazy. Had several red bites in a line of 2 to 3 on arms, face, trunk. I took a look at the mattress and thought I would pass out: large dark red stain under the old mattress pad, brown spots on the box springs cover at the head of the bed.
Management refunded money for room after I called headquarters. They claimed no bugs found in the room.
Itched like crazy all the way on the 6 hour drive home.
Saw dermatologist and was placed on steroids oral a
Filthiest place I've ever seen.

Was itching throughout the night (January 17, 2015). When I woke up with the help of sunlight shining through the window next to the be I saw several sets of small blood stains on the bottom sheet.
Saw several other examples of deferred maintenance issues in my room; mildew in grout lines, loose shower water valve, calcium/light orange reside on shower head and chipped enamel on bathtub with rust stating to form (bathroom).
THIS WAS YHE WORST HILTON PROPERTY I'VE EVER STAYED IN. ALSO,
THE STAFF NEEDS TRAINING ON CUSTOMER RELATIONS A D PROFESSIONALISM.

In October checked into the hotel, around 3am woke up itching with bite marks on my neck and chest. Saw bedbugs crawling on the walls. I took pictures and submitted to management. Of course they assured me their hotel doesn't have bed bugs and nothing was done.
