I took the bed bug to the assistant manager he neither agreed or denied it was a bed bug. I told him that I would go look for more. In the mean time his solution was to call up to my room and offer me some spray, Seems if they have spray they ave a problem. Upon further investigation the other bed in the room had silverfish living between the mattress and box springs along with what looked like insect feces.
I am grateful I didn't take anything out of my suitcase. I gather my belongings and went down to the front desk and ask for the manager. He had left. I ask that my credit card be credited for the stay because I was leaving because of the problem. I was told by the desk clerk he was unable to do that. I gave him my phone number and told him to have the manager call me in the morning. That didn't happen. I phoned the hotel several times the next day and conveniently no one could talk to me they were in meetings.
