Stayed August 26 - 27. Had one bug bite but didn't think much about it until 5 days later was bitten 15 times in my apartment. No other reports in the building - attributing my new, big problem to hitching bugs in my suitcase.

Yesterday, 7-16-11 the local news channels did a story on bedbugs reported at the Drawbridge Inn in Northern, KY. The video links to these stories do not stay up long but I will provide you the link if you want to look at it before they take it down.
There are stories all over the internet about bedbugs at the Drawbridge Inn. This particular story comes from a lady that was attending the annual ventriloquist convention.
You can't te
ll me that this was an isolated incident. No way.
If you are planning a visit to this hotel beware. It is a run down flop house. It should be condemned and torn down.
If you want to confirm what I am saying just pop over to TripAdvisor and read the comments.
During a HUGE conference in June, several attendees had to be placed in other rooms because of bed bugs.

I was at SugoiCon on November 5-7th. My friend's mother knows what to look for when looking for bedbugs because she travels a lot. So before we even got into the room, she checked for them and she found some on the mattresses.

I was at Drawbridge Inn, Ft. Mitchell, KY, for Sugoicon Oct 30 - Nov 01. Upon leaving that Sunday, I had bites on my neck, chest and a few places on my lower extremities. I showed management my neck and chest area quietly during checkout and they said they sent someone to room 5313 to check it out and found nothing but gave me a $10.00 adjustment "Insect Bite" on my paid bill so that I could get some benedryl.
I stayed in the room both days while my children enjoyed the Sugoicon. I only w
ent out to get fast food for them when they were hungry, like to La Rosas and Mcdonalds, otherwise I was in the room catching up on rest and paperwork, so the bites had to come from the room, most likely the bedding, but I cannot prove where they came from, so I will just say 'from the room'.
