1/23/11 had my child's bday party there. We had two rooms. Physically saw bed bugs in one and they told us to keep it to show to the mangager. I get home and find bed bugs in my bags and my child has bites. DISGUSTING!! I called Wildwood to complain and they say call back when a manager will be in! EWW!

WE WERE THERE WITH A LARGE PARTY AND FOUND BED BUGS IN THREE ROOMS ON NOVEMBER 20,2010. THE MANAGEMENT REFUSED TO REFUND OUR MONEY AFTER THIS WAS BROUGHT TO THERE ATTENTION AND THEY WERE ALSO SHOWN THE BUGS.

Several rooms in the tropical dome were found to have multiple bedbugs in them. Management was very non shalont about it and refused refunds. Management really acted as it was no big deal.

We was at wild wood Inn in room 110 on 11/20/10 there was a group of us celebrating our boys and girls football and cheerleading season grades 1-4. We rented almost the whole dome area at least 15-20 rooms. We noticed that there was several rooms that had confirmed bed bugs in them that was put in baggies and will be handed over to the health department. At 12:30 am, my husband and I noticed a bedbug crawling on the pillow. We called the front desk help, Nick, and he came to the room and said he didn't know what a bedbug looked like and proceeded to squash it in the pillow. I told him we were leaving due to this and asked for a refund, and he said he could only offer us another room. He was not able to give us a refund. We stayed at that hotel. In the middle of the night i felt something crawling on me leg. So i woke up and there were 15 of them. My baby got bit and so was my wife. We couldnt sleep the whole night. As when we called the front desk noone picked up the phone and in the morning we didnt even got an apology. Someone told us later that that hotel was on news for bedbugs.
