I stayed at the best western in florence on wendsday the 19th, when we checked in there was a woman with tacky bright blonde hair checking people in next to her stood a woman from either india or the middle east. We had questions about local attractions and things to do and both women werevery short with us, they haded us a sheet of paper with a few restarunt selections and sent us on our way. However they kept talking about some kind of inspection in a very serious manner. Well let me tell you

On March 12, 2012 we stayed in room 303. The morning after our stay my husband saw a bug crawling across the bed. Upon investigating, we realized this was a bedbug! I was staying here with my daughter and her family (my grandkids). I took the bug down to the front desk and was refunded my money for the room that we found the bug in.

AS THE MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION, I WOULD LIKE TO SAY ON OUR BEHALF THAT WE TAKE ALL SITUATIONS SERIOUSLY. WE PERSONALLY DID NOT SEE ANY BED BUGS WHEN WE WENT TO CHECK THIS ROOM BUT HAD THE ROOM TREATED ON A PRECAUTION. THE COMPANY THAT DID SPRAY OUR LOCATION, DID NOT SEE ANY EVIDENCE OF BED BUGS AS WELL.

Arrived on Friday 17June 2011 and dropped or luggage off and went to eat. Upon returning to the room my wife pulled back the covers and saw the first adult bedbugs. We took it to the front desk to report it and went back to the room to pack. We saw several more, checked out and left. Hotel denies infestation.
