Sick of bedbugs on 04/04/2013

Found live bedbugs in two different rooms one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Took the bugs to the front desk and they acted as if it was no big deal and wanted to change my room. Left and will not go back.

Stayed June 8-9, 2012.

We caught 3 full grown bedbugs in our room late at night our 2nd night here. One crawling on a pillow, one on luggage, and one on a wall. Trapped them in a glass and brought to the front desk. The night clerk was nice though seemed to not know what to do in this situation. To make it worse, there wasn't a hotel within 40 miles that had an open room that night. DONT LET THE CLEAN ROOM FOOL YOU MY SPOUSE AND I WAS TRYING TO GET SETTLED IN BED AND SOON AFTER REALIZE WE HAD BED BUGS IN THE BED THE FRONT OFFICE CLERK CAME UP AND TOOK PICTURES WITH HIS CELL PHONE AND GAVE OUR MONEY BACK. BEWARE OF 228
