Stayed 2 nights, 4/21/14 & 4/22/14. Noticed a bedbug on the curtain when I went to close it on the second night of my stay. It was late, the hotel was fully booked, and I had to be up in a few hours for a meeting at the hotel the next morning (and I'd already stayed in the room one night) so I didn't attempt to change rooms. I checked my bed and didn't see anything else so I tried (unsuccessfully) to sleep.
I told the front desk and showed them the picture in the morning. They said they wou
ld check the room and have a 3rd party also check the room. They said they found no infestation however I have several bites on my back, arm, and face. We have stayed at the Marriott Rivercenter many times for business events but will not likely do so in the future.
Hotel staff was friendly, compassionate, and tried to alleviate my concerns but not much can be done once you've been exposed. No discount or comp was offered by the hotel.

Stayed in room 1105 on April 12th and 13th, 2013. Very nice hotel - no sign of bedbugs.

I was in Cincinnati on 11/20/10 and stayed at this Marriott hotel. My wife and I had just finished watching a movie and went to get out the bed and noticed a bug run behind the headboard of the bed. I removed the headboard and found a bedbug crawling up the wall.
I put it in a plastic cup and called the hotel manager. She came up and apologized and offered us to comp the room or give us some Marriott Reward points. We actually ended up leaving the hotel that night and drove back home to Colu
Very nice hotel but will not be staying there again.
