Stayed at this Holiday Inn from May 1-4, 2011 while attending a conference. The rooms were dirty and not attended by housekeeping. Several people in our group reported getting bed bug bites to hotel management, but were assured that there were no bed bugs in the rooms. I came home and within a few days woke up covered in bites. After an inspection by a pest service, I was informed that I had bed bugs. Now I am beginning the extermination process which costs several hundred dollars with no g
