I stayed in room 610 for 4 nights. On the last night I awoke to something crawling on my neck. I wrapped it in a tissue and the front desk confirmed that it was a bedbug. They agreed to reimburse me for one night (only one of four) and put our belongings into their dryer to bring to a high heat to kill the bugs. I did not notice all of the bites for a couple of days - on my neck and back. It very much ruined what was a fun vacation prior to that.
I have no plans to return to C
incinnati but if I ever do I will not be staying at this Hampton or any other Hilton property.

I stayed in room 509. I checked out today after 3 nights on 10.31.13. I informed the hotel and they were very proactive. They compensated one of the nights and they offered to put all of my clothes into their drier, as well as steam out my suitcase while I had to work. I'll pick up my items later today, but I've been pleased with how the hotel handled this situation.
I had bites all over both arms, shoulder and neck. The bites showed up on the second and third day.
I'm not sure what else
the hotel will do in terms of the room, but I won't be returning here any time soon. I really appreciated the hotel however for taking this case seriously.

We found a bed bug on the headboard in room 616 of the Hampton in Covington, KY. We checked out.
