10/24/11 - I woke up in the morning and there were bed bugs crawling up the walls, in the bed, and on the ceiling. This may have been an isolated incident, but nonetheless, it was disgusting. I had to throw away my suitcase and my clothes. Total inconvenience. I hope they were able to clean up the problem so that other guests don't have to experience this.

I wold like to address this claim.We don't and have and never had a bed bug issue at this hotel. We have trained staff that looks for signs of this issue. If someone claims to have had an issue with bed bugs at this hotel you should come to the front desk and ask for the manager to report it. We then call ecolab pest control to come out and inspect the room to certify that we do not have any bed bugs. If they would find any signs we would immediately have them go through the process to eliminate
