We stayed there approximately a year ago and I got ready for bed. I pulled the covers back and seen this bug on my pillow. My husband started to shake the bedding and several more appeared. He picked them up and we called the front desk. She came up and seen them and offered to move us to another room but I just couldn't stay there so we left. The room was dirty and smelled. There was a Frito bag and Fritos on the carpet. I contacted Best Western and told them what had happened and the co
