We, at the Hilton Garden Inn, would like to address the report listed anonymously on 11/09/10. We are very sorry to hear of the experience you had at the Inn. Upon hearing that we had a report on this website, we thoroughly investigated the issue, and we were not able to confirm the presence of the alleged pests. We have not received any similar reports since your stay. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our hotel and are confident, per Orkin, that there are no bed bugs at our property.
