I stayed here recently in August of 2011. I was in room 227. I had just came from the airport and was exhausted so I took a shower and pulled the sheets back and noticed little tiny brown bugs all over the sheets, I called front desk who a guy named mike responded who was very nice and understanding as soon as he called the General Manager the manager called me and was just very disrespectful, and asked if I had any pets! I stayed in this hotel in March of 2010. I was in room 129. I noticed my daughter was really itching and had a little rash on her forearm, when I checked the bed and pulled the sheets there were little brown bugs crawling all over the mattress, I assumed they were bed bugs, I reported the incident to front desk who were very responsive but the General Manager who's name by the way is Khalid was very arrogant and quite rude and did not seem to care about the situation at hand. This was back in April of 2011 and i CHECKED IN A DOUBLE BED ROOM IN ROOM 207, AND THE BED NEXT TO THE WINDOW WAS INFESTED BY NOT ONLY BED BUGS BUT ALSO HAD TICKS!!!! i REPORTED THIS TO THE GENERAL MANAGER WHO IS THE RUDEST PERSON IN THIS WORLD!! I IMMEDIATELY CHECKED OUT AND ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK, BUT THE GENRAL MANAGER WOULD NOT HAVE IT!!!
