2/11/12 bed bugs in room 605. Crawled across my pillow. Took it to front desk and they did not seem surprised. Said Eco labs was there checking things 2 days earlier. Refunded my money and I changed hotels!

Room 216 has bedbugs!

My colleague stayed in this room and received bites all over his arms and legs, in the typical bed bug 3 bite patterns.

The nonchalant attitude of the front desk surprised me. When reported, the person at the front desk said, “OK, we’ll move you to another room.” No other questions or comments, which left me with the uncomfortable feeling that maybe they re-rented that room out again.
