Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown on 07/17/2008

I checked in on 7/13/08 and was given room 408. After unpacking and went to bed. When I woke up, I felt that something was not right. After getting up I noticed there were bed bugs on the mattress. I lifting up covers and pillows and noticed there were a number of bed bugs. Some were larger than others. I took my finger and smatched the larger ones and to my surprise, they were smatched with blood splatter...my blood. I was completely discussed. I immeditely packed my bags and called the
