Follow-up to the July report. Funny how they found "no evidence" but we immediately showed management the dead bugs that we had just killed, including blood smears of those bugs which had just been feeding. I still have the pictures. They lie!!!

Dear Guest,

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. We take every report of beg bug problem very seriously. We call the pest control experts to investigate the room but, they didn't find any bed bugs at all. For the guest inconvenience we refunded full amount as soon as the guest reported about this incident. After the thorough inspection of the room, we have rented that room almost everyday. But never had any reports for the bed bugs.

July 6 2011: Woke up at 3:30 and saw something crawling on me so I jumped up. Ended up killing 5 bedbugs in all. I was refunded for the room but staff were NASTY and manager (they called him) couldn't be bothered except for refund. I ended up tying clothes in bag and heading straight for a laundromat (traveling across country). No idea how i'm going to sleep the rest of this trip.
