We were in Room 426 and found a bedbug on my husband's bag as we were packing to go home. We contacted the front desk and made them aware of the situation. The have a paramedic on staff that came and checked us out and they took care of our room. They seemed concerned but, you never know. We threw a lot of our belongings away and washed everything that we could. We sprayed down our shoes and car down with alcohol. I will NEVER go to another hotel without checking this site first.

01/11/2011 Room 1219 found a live bed bug crawling on the bed I slept in. I didn't have any bites. I let the front desk know about it. Put my suit case in my drunk went home and took all my cloths plus what I had on and through it in the dryer for 60 min. then washed them. Left everything else on my porch for 2 days to freeze. Sprayed my trunk with alchoal and my shoes. Don't think I can stay there again. They took my name and address, maybe they'll send me the money I donated. or put it towards

an exterminator. I asked the lady if they had bed bugs she replied yes we have. OMG wish I knew was there 2 nights.

I used to work at this hotel and they had several rooms that had bed bugs. It was gross and I would NEVER stay in this hotel. I was a house keeper and I did report my findings but no one ever told us what to do if we found them and I don't know what policies they have in place to deal with this major issue.

July 6-8, 2010 Room 403. Upon our return home my 11 year old daughter noticed a row of bites down her abdomen. After inspecting her we found around 25 bites. I have about 6 bites as well as we shared a bed. I actually found a live one on myself after showering in the room but mistook it for a tick.

I called the resort and they assured me that they would investigate and treat the issue as necessary. I have asked that they inform me of their findings and treatment upon completion.
