Hello,
I checked into room 301 at the Quality Inn 5006 E Morgan Ave. Evansville, IN. Sept 27, 2009. The bedding looked dirty, I requested clean sheets. I changed the bedding and when I woke up in the morning, Sept 28, 2009 I found a bed bug on my sheet with some soiled spots near it. I reported it to the front desk, checked out and got a refund for my night's stay.

I will be reporting this to the Main office of Quality Inn.
