Stayed at this hotel on November 23rd. Our reservation was from the 23rd thru the 27th. Around 3am on 11/24/11 we found bed bugs on our pillows. They were biting my 8 year old son. We caught one and took it to the front desk to show the person on duty. She pulled it up online and confirmed it was a bed bug. She moved us from room 104 to room 220. She stated that there had been hotel employees staying on the first floor that never wanted their rooms cleaned, so she figured the bugs came fr
om there. The 2nd floor room was no better. We didn't find any additional bugs but also didn't sleep. We checked out at 7am and went somewhere else.
This place is falling apart. The staff tried to help but without backing from upper management it is only going to continue to go down hill.

Stayed on 1st floor, found live bed bugs on headboards, the staff returned my money. This is so disgusting and they need to do something about this!!!!

aug 22 2011 found bedbugs in room 210 , 211 and 215 were being worked on , these were rooms previously stayed in weeks before. can only assume bedbugs were found there.
