I stayed there on the Sunday of July 10th to 3:41am Monday morning. I had been in and out of the room for most of the day. In the early hours of the morning, I felt my hand itch, then my arm, my stomach and then eventually my back. I got up to go to the bathroom and then I saw the welts on my hand and arm. I turned the lights on and saw the culprit right on the wall. I pulled back the covers, I saw the little boogers crawling on the white sheets. I killed each one to show them that they existed.

this place is nasty bugs,drugs, its even a whore house i refuse to even drive past this place the manager is a rude person

me and my fiance stayed at this place for a couple of hours and we started seeing bugs crawling out on to the mattress. we put one in a little bag and took it to the office because it was one after another. they tried to move us to another room and he flipped the mattress over and yet again there were bed bugs all over the bed. the manager or owner was too busy drinking in the bar and couldn't even come out and talk to us about it. so needless to say we had to pay for a whole night when we weren

I worked at this hotel "America's Best Inn and Suites" for over 6 months. I recently quit because of the awful things I witnessed happening in this dump! Over half of the rooms at this location are TOTALLY infested with bedbugs, I can't believe this place hasn't been condemed.

I had a customer who brought a bag full of bugs he found in his bed, and he stepped in feces in the room as well.(He wasn't even granted a refund or an apology). The management doesn't take the problem seriously, and

I was moved 3 different times because each room was totally infested with bed bugs. They didn't even offer any kind of compensation, and the manager (Barry Chapman) was very rude and replied "Sorry, you get what you pay for". I didn't not 'pay' to get eaten in your hotel! He said they continue to have the problem throughout the hotel, for quite some time!

Me and my girlfriend have had to stay there a few times,when we had nowhere else to live.Once a couple of winters ago and just last summer. We stayed in four or five rooms because she would get bitten so bad they would move us to another room.I was not bitten as bad as her,but there was other guests we talked to that said they were being bitten too.There are rooms that they rent out for long term,and we talked to some of them and they said that at least half of the hotel was infected with them.T
