I was just recently on June 25 to June 26 2011 and now my entire room is infested with the bed bugs. It cost me $1000.00 for orkin to come out and treat my house. I would not advise anyone to stay there.

On behalf of the Hyatt Regency Woodfield Schaumburg, please allow me to reach our to you regarding your associates stay at our hotel. We take every report of bed bugs very seriously. Once we learned of your associates concerns, we immediately removed the room from service and contacted a nationally recognized pest control expert to conduct a thorough examination of the guest room. That examination failed to find any trace of bed bugs.

We were supposed to stay here Sep 28. One in our party checked in the day before. He thought he saw a speck in his cup and then noticed that it was moving. He pulled back the covers and saw bugs on the side of the bed. He left the hotel but was later told by the hotel management that it was bugs, but not necessarily bed bugs. Who knows.
