The Hyatt Rosemont takes all allegations of bed bugs very seriously. After this guest reported the problem we contacted our pest control contractor, Smithereen. After a complete investigation it was determined by the Smithereen technician that the room occupied by this guest was completely free of bed bugs.

Checked for bugs when I got to the room . Found a dead bug in the side piping of the mattress near the headboard.

Notified front desk and had them come to see bug. they moved me to a different floor.
