I stayed 9/30-10/4/2012. The morning of 10/3 I woke up with bites and severe itching. I called the front desk immediately. Frank came up, I described the situation and that I failed to receive my wake up calls. I was at a high profile meeting. The manager did not want the guests at the meeting to know(my manager). I was segregated to a new room for 2 days. Meanwhile, Frank said a contractor inspected my room and found nothing. I was not interviewed, now one looked at my bits, nothing. I went to

the doctor and he confirmed bed bug bits. I am fighting for my doctor bill, prescriptions, dry cleaning, and the plane ticket I had to expense to get home since I was sequestered from the meeting. The hotel won't give me the report either. I have requested it 8 times!

I satyed in this hotel in April 2011 for four days and three nights. Upon returning home, I was eaten up by bedbugs with 122 bites. There were eight bites on my face. The Hyatt did confirm through third party that the room did have bedbugs. I travel weekly and this has plagued me with nightmares and continually waking at all hours feeling like I have bugs crawling on me.

The Hyatt said they would take care of my health care costs but I have not seen a penny of that reimbursed by their in

surance administrator Gallagher Bassett. I have spoken to several attorneys about a lawsuit but hoped to resolve this without a legal confrontation.

This is something I will never fully recover from. The whole incident feeling like you are on fire from your head to toe and the humiliation is insurmountable.

I paid the Hyatt a large amount of money to house me and protect me from the 'elements'. They failed miserably.

March 11, 2012: I entered my room and noticed a small object on the top comforter of the bed. When I got closer, I noticed it was a bed bug. I immediately contacted the front desk and made them aware of the issue and had them move me to another room on the other side of the hotel in a different wing. I took a picture to show the front desk proof of what I found.
